Founded in Dubai in 2017, GALA-PRO develops and supplies professional coating systems through a qualified manufacturing network in Italy and Spain. We serve industrial furniture makers, distributors and finishing professionals across the region.
Our strength is our people: 17 chemists, 7 colourists and 12 support technologists on staff. This team is what turns a product into a working technology on the customer’s line.

Every technology is proven on our own equipment first
Before a coating system is deployed on a customer’s line, it is developed and tested in our own laboratory — on the full chain of finishing equipment. We reproduce real production conditions so the result is predictable when it matters.
Surface preparation, spray and curtain application, UV curing and colour control — all under one roof.
We set the technology up on your line
Buying a coating is only the start. Our technologists travel to the customer’s site and fine-tune the whole process — from conventional spray guns to fully robotic coating lines — until the finish is right in real production.
Technologies are validated in our laboratory first, so on-site setup is fast, and colour samples are prepared in-house before you commit to a run.

Basecoats, topcoats, isolators, binders, hardeners, pigments and solvents, grouped by chemistry: polyurethane, acrylic, polyester, water-based and acid-curing.
Every product can be tinted through GALA MATCH to RAL, NCS, Pantone or a custom shade. Technical data sheets download straight from the list.

Polyurethane 39 The core solvent-based technology: high build, chemical resistance and a full gloss range.
Acrylic 8 Non-yellowing clarity and light fastness, for pale woods and white finishes.
Polyester 5 Very high solids for a deep, level build in few coats.
Water-based 42 Low odour and low emission, for interior and exterior work.
Acid-curing 12 Amino-ureic systems, pre-catalysed and two-component, with fast through-cure.
Solvents & auxiliaries 7 Thinners and cleaning solvents, shared across the technologies.
Codes ending in -XX come in a range of gloss levels — specify the level when ordering. WT marks a white product, N a neutral one, and /XX on a pigment identifies the individual paste. Safety data sheets are available on request.

Water-based coating on veneer
A low-build, natural-feel cycle: hydro-oil with beeswax to open up the grain, then a waterborne 1K primer-lacquer for higher mechanical resistance.

TW110— first coatAn oil with beeswax that already performs as a finish in its own right, with the mild scent of propolis. It can be used clear or tinted, and applied by brush, by wiping or by spray.

1K pre-catalysed coating on veneer
Ready-to-use amino-ureic system, supplied pre-catalysed: no hardener to weigh in, no pot life to watch. Fast through-cure and a clean, thin build that leaves the grain visible.

2K catalysed coating on veneer
The two-component version of the same chemistry: acid hardener added on the bench, for higher chemical and moisture resistance where the surface has to take daily use.

Water-based coating on MDF
A low-emission cycle for panels and fronts: waterborne basecoat built up and sanded flat, then a waterborne topcoat. Little odour on the line and no solvent extraction to plan around.

Pre-catalysed amino-ureic system on routed MDF. Sands cleanly and dries fast, which keeps the number of passes down on white and neutral finishes.
